Cylinder Technician

This exciting opportunity primarily involves evaluating, resealing, assembling, and testing hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders.
It is also expected that you will learn to perform the following.
- Identification of seals
- Measuring assembling and testing industrial hydraulic hoses.
- Communicate to and take notes for supervisors and customers on any issues and potential issues found while diagnosing and repairing hydraulic components.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of a High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of hydraulics or controls (0 – 4 years of experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, or fluid power applications)
- Ability to work with basic hand and power tools
- Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations including addition, subtraction, fractions, measurement, and percentages and converting between metric and standard measurements.
- Ability to use and read micrometers and calipers.
